About the role
As R&D Engineer you will prototype at the edge — AI, automation, new architectures. Ship experiments that become products.
What you’ll do
- Research emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, automation) and prototype quickly
- Build PoCs and evaluate feasibility for client and internal products
- Work with engineering to productionize successful experiments
- Document findings and share learnings with the team
- Stay ahead — read papers, test tools, run experiments
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in software engineering with strong research mindset
- Hands-on with Python or Node.js and AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Experience prototyping and shipping experimental products
- Curiosity, self-learning and ability to fail fast and iterate
Nice to have
- Published work / open sourceExperience with vector DBs, RAGBackground in data science
